Our Lyon-based booking team was responsible for recruiting dynamic brand ambassadors with experience in reception and concierge services, who were familiar with the city and spoke fluent English. Following the rigorous selection of candidates, Agence Bonjour put together a mixed and multicultural team, reflecting the client’s brand and the event.
Our brand ambassadors from Lyon took charge of the guests from Saint-Exupéry airport to the Groupama Stadium. They also provided a personal welcome at the Hotel Villa Maya throughout the tournament.
