Our story
L’Agence Bonjour is also the story of its two co-founders, Carolyn and Yulia, who share a passion and a wealth of experience in the events industry in France and the UK.
Eleven years ago, Yulia began her career in the events industry by joining an agency in Cannes as a booker, while Carolyn launched her first event and exhibition staff agency in London in response to the growth of the sector.
Seeing an opportunity to expand into the French market, rich in international events, Carolyn decided to launch in France. Meanwhile, Yulia, who had become a freelancer after gaining valuable experience as an event coordinator, was looking for new opportunities.
Following a chance connection on Facebook in 2015, they began collaborating on projects in France, until they realised they could achieve great things together. In 2017, they officially opened the agency’s doors and organised their first major project: a Gymshark pop-up store in Paris, which was a real success!
Today, Agence Bonjour is a dynamic company in full expansion, collaborating with prestigious clients such as LVMH, Amazon, L’Oréal, and many others. Agence Bonjour keeps up with current trends and also works with innovative brands such as Sol de Janeiro, Uber, Gymshark, Twitch… and the best is yet to come!

Yulia
Managing Director / Cofounder
Yulia has been working for over 10 years in the event industry in France. She specialises in managing staff teams for sponsors at major sporting events: French and Monaco Grand Prix, F1 and Formula E-Prix in Paris, Roland Garros, UEFA Europa League finals, Voiles de Saint-Tropez, Women’s Football World Cup, etc. She has also supported the Gymshark global team across Europe and worked at the Monaco and Cannes boat shows with large elite hospitality teams.
Carolyn
President / Cofounder
Carolyn is the owner and director of three event staffing, hostess and promotional agencies in the UK and France. She has worked in VIP hospitality for international exhibitors at trade shows, as well as complex recruitment campaigns for clients such as Gymshark and Adidas. She is well connected and has international partners all over the world. She strives for perfection, success and customer service satisfaction.
Pauline
Event staff recruitment officer
Pauline is our Recrutement officer. She has been working in the event industry for 6 years now and has been able to participate in some of the most important events on the French Riviera and in Paris, such as the Cannes Film Festival and several seasons at the Allianz Riviera Stadium in Nice, TwitchCon Paris and NBA House. She puts her organisational and interpersonal skills at your service, always striving to find the right solution. Pauline has recruited brand ambassadors for the Cannes Lions, Amazon, Ferrari, Tommy Hilfiger…
Vanessa
Project Manager
With over 15 years of experience in various staffing and event agencies in Paris and South of France, Vanessa is our client relationships manager. She also oversees staff teams’ recruitment and management. She has managed 250+ staff teams for TwitchCon Paris, Cannes Lions, FIFA, Roland Garros and various sporting events at Stade de France, as well as hospitality teams at main Parisian and Nice airports with a logistics organisation for arrivals between different terminals.
Shannon
Operations manager
Shannon is our hard working operations manager overseeing the management of the agency, accounts and HR. She has been with the agency for over 8 years and is an excellent decision maker and problem fixer. Shannon manages our international clients and projects, helping to connect our international offices in London UK and Cannes and Paris in France. Shannon also manages international projects with multiple partners in Germany, Italy, Spain, USA, China …
Charly
Staffing Manager
Charly is our staffing manager overseeing the recruitment of staff for all our campaigns in the UK and internationally. She worked as a professional model and in the promotional industry for over 10 years as an event manager. She has staffed high profile campaigns for brands including Nike, Adidas and Shein. Charly is people oriented and makes sure all our staff are taken care of while on thier jobs and the clients are satisfied with the provided onsite service.
Tupac
Happiness Manager & Pawsistant
At just 2 and a half years old, this playful Shiba Inu has quickly risen to the prestigious role of Happiness Manager and Pawsistant to Yulia. His expertise? Brightening up everyone’s day with a wag of his tail and an infectious smile. Tupac takes his role seriously—whether it’s offering moral support during meetings or sneaking in for cuddles during brainstorming sessions. His impeccable sense of timing means he’s always there when someone needs a little mood boost, or when the team could use a break for some quick belly rubs and ball play.
